Chase Visa charges extra charges

I paid the balance in full, every month, using the chase website.

For 2 consecutive months they charged me finance charges for a outstanding balance I did not have.

I tried to pay on the due date on their website. They wanted to charge me a 14.95 fee to pay on that day, or they would charge me a $30 late fee for the payment posting the day after.

All they are after is fees and finance charges.

The customer service is terrible. They keep sending me canned response and won't work with me.

I'm canceling my card, they can get their fees somewhere else.

I can confirm this. It is happening to me at this time. I also am canceling my card with them and my mortgage as well.

Last month I paid on time and called to confirm they received. When I received the bill with a late fee, I called and they said it had been posted after midnight. I had to pay it.
